Thermal runaway of Li-ion power batteries is the main cause of fire accidents in EVs. In this research, a combined GRA-BiLSTM model is suggested to forecast the national new energy vehicle ownership. According to the experimental findings, this combined forecasting model’s MAE, MAPE, and RMSE are 25.77%, 4.49%, and 31.3%, respectively.
