4.3. State of Health In general, vanadium redox flow batteries have a lifetime considerably longer than other battery technologies (10,000–15,000 cycles). Nevertheless, they are not exempt of suffering several degradation phenomena that undermine their performance, reducing their capacity and efficiency.
